Fee Payment
Students can choose full payment option or installment option (maximum three installments for regular semester).

Scholarships and Financial Aid

  • 10% fee waiver on the course fees (for the first semester only) for students who have scored more than 90% in their high school final exam.
  • 10% fee waiver on the course fees for students who receive a semester GPA of 3.75 or higher*.
  • 10% fee waiver on the course fees for a student who has a brother or a sister studying at Syscoms College.

* Minimum 4 courses to attend to be eligible

Refund of Fees

  • Admission and Registration Fees are not refundable.
  • If a student withdraws from a course within the first two weeks of the semester, 80% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If a student withdraws from a course after 2 weeks but within 4 weeks of the semester, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be made after the four weeks under any circumstances.

Revision of Fees Structure

The college fee structure is always subject to revision and the college has its right to revise and change the fees any time with a prior notice.

Other Services

College provides transportation, student visa, and weekend batches.
